基于当前物业管理企业面临着大面积的亏损,分析了物业管理企业亏损的原因,提出了解决物业管理企业亏损的对策。
This paper introduces the large-area deficit faced currently by real estate management enterprises, analyzes the causes of the deficit of real estate management enterprise, and advances some countermeasures for solving the deficit of real estate management enterprise.
