摘要
本文着重介绍了山东省重点工程——淄博市工会大厦,采用高性能混凝土的技术和施工要求,用淄博地区P.O 42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥、当地常用的砂石,配制C60高强流态混凝土的试验研究结果。通过不同厂家水泥、不同粉煤灰掺量、以及对一种外加剂的混凝土试配试验,测定混凝土不同龄期的强度,总结了C60流态混凝土在原材料的选择及配合比确定时注意的要点,供监理、施工技术人员在混凝土工程质量控制中参考。
Zibo labour union building, the key project of shangdong province, is emphasized introduced in the paper. In this project, the high strength fluid concrete (C60) is prepared using Portland cement (P .O425R), sand and stone produced in zibo area. The technique and construction requirement of HPC is used. The compressive strength of different age's concrete using different cement, different content of fly ash and different admixture is tested. The key point of fluid concrete is summarized when selecting primary material and determining mix ratio. It can be referenced for supervisors and construction workers for concrete quality control.
