摘要
试验结果表明,在普通狗牙根拔节前后喷施多效唑,可明显抑制其主茎和分蘖茎的伸长,缩短节间长,延缓生长速度,增加主茎和分蘖茎粗,解除植株的顶端优势,显著地促进分蘖;但对植株重量增长有一定的抑制作用,且对其地上部分物质积累的影响远大于地下部分。试验得出400 mg/kg是喷施多效唑的适宜浓度,在此浓度下可使普通狗牙根产生明显的矮化效应,且对植株的分蘖量和分蘖茎粗度的影响也大,其生物量稳定,可替代人工修剪。
The experimental results showed that applying PP333 in the growth and development of shoot could obviously reduce the elongation of main stem and tillering stem, shorten the distance between nodes, put the growth speed off, increase the diameter of main stem and tillering stem, break apical dominance, and significantly promote tillering; however the weight increase was somewhat restrained. The effects on material accumulation of aboveground part were bigger than that of underground part. The experimental results also indicated that 400 mg/kg was the proper concentration, obvious dwarfing phenomenon was produced, the amount of tillering was increased steadily, the diameter of tillering stem was increased, the biomass was stable, this kind of treatment could substitute artificial prunning.
