摘要
以普通型品种-春艳、短枝型品种-超红短枝和极矮化型桃-寿星桃3种生长类型桃树的1年生新梢为试材,对其节间长度和部分解剖结构指标的相关性进行了分析研究。结果表明,不同生长类型桃各解剖结构指标存在显著和极显著差异。韧皮部面积/横断面积比值和筛管密度与节间长度分别呈极显著负相关和正相关;维管束的数量、枝导管密度和面积、枝导管总面积/木质部面积比值、枝木质部面积/横断面面积比值与节间长度呈显著正相关;枝皮率与节间长度呈负相关,但相关性不显著。
The general type of peach "Chunyan", spur type "Super red spur" and dwarf type "Shouxing" were used to study the correlation of the anatomical structure indexes and length of internodes in different type of peaches. The results showed that every anatomical structure index had significant or fearfully significant differences among dwarfing peaches of different types. They had fearfully marked negative correlation between the ratio of phloem area/transect area and length of node;fearfully marked positive correlation between sieve tube density and length of node;marked positive correlation between fascicular number,vessel density and area of shoot,vessel area/xylem area of shoot,xylem area/transect area and length of node respectively;negative correlation between the ratio of wood to bark of shoot and the length of twig, but the correlation was not marked.
