摘要
以煅烧菱镁矿获得的氧化镁为原料,研究水热合成方法制取碱式硫酸镁晶须的适宜工艺条件。通过控制氧化镁活性、初始反应浓度和反应过程的搅拌强度等参数,可制取碱式硫酸镁晶须。晶须直径〈1.0μm,长度为20—100μm,表面光滑、形貌笔直、纤细,可作为优质增强阻燃材料使用。
With the magnesia by calcination of magnesite to obtain as the raw material, investigation was made on the proper technological process conditions for preparing basic magnesium sulfate whiskers by hydrothermal synthesis. The main parameter to be controlled included magnesia activity, initial reaction concentration, stirring intensity in the reaction process etc. The magnesium sulfate whiskers produced was less than 1.0 μm in diameter and 20 - 100 μm in length and characterized by smooth surface, straightness and fineness, which can be. used as high quality reinforced fire retardant material.
