摘要
介绍短期负荷预测与分析的方法及提高预测精度的方案设计,并对各种预测方法的特点进行了研究。根据电力负荷预测的特性,建立了负荷预测的方法库,该方案灵活、多样,使用方便,其结果已成经济调度和推行电力市场的必要基础。
The paper introduces the method of Short - term load forecasting and analyzing, develops a scheme of improving forecasting precision, and researches the characteristics of each forecasting methods. According to the characteristics of power load forecasting, the method base of load forecasting is developed. The scheme is flexible, multiple and convenient. The forecasting results are the basics of scheduling economic and advancing power market.
