摘要
对长钢目前VOD吹炼不锈钢所用脱氧剂、渣系进行了分析,论述了脱氧剂中Al/Si比值、Ca的百分含量及脱氧剂加入顺序对不锈钢氧含量的影响,并讨论了VOD精炼渣组份、碱度及渣氧化性与钢中氧含量的关系。通过这些论述,提出了降低VOD吹炼不锈钢氧含量的工艺措施。
This paper analyzed the deoxidation agent and the slag system used in the melting of stainless steel by VOD process at Changcheng Steel Company at present, represented the influence of Al/Si ratio, Ca content in the deoxidizing agent, and the addition sequence on oxygen content in stainless steel, and discussed the relationslup between VOD refining slag component, basicity,slag oxidizability and oxygen content in steel. On the basis of theses discassions, this paper provided the measures for deceasing oxy- gen content in the stainless steel melting by VOD.
