管碟法测定抗生素效价方法的优化研究 被引量:5

摘要 以实验室发酵的抗生素、杆菌肽为测试品,通过用管碟法测定其效价,从而得到管碟法测定抗生素效价的较优化的一般方法。研究结果表明,上层培养基N源的成分以骨蛋白胨、鱼蛋白胨、胰酪蛋白胨较好,培养基的厚度影响显著;其次是指示菌的浓度和上层培养基的酸碱度对测定结果影响较大。 Fermented antibiotic got from laboratory and bacillus peptide are used as testing objects, cup-plate method is used upon them to determine the dis-infection potency. An optimized cup-plate method is then founded. The result of this research shows.Ⅰ Bone-peptone, fish-peptone and casein-peptone are fine components of N source of the upper layer of culture medium. Ⅱ. The thickness of culture medium has a striking effect on the deter mination. Ⅲ. The density of the indicating bacteria and the acidity and alkalinity of the upper layer of culture medium also have the striking effect on the determination.
