摘要
纳米二氧化钛是一种性能优异的光催化型抗菌除臭剂,但在高分子纤维织物方面的应用尚属研究阶段,主要涉及两个关键问题:避免纳米Ti O2对所附着的纤维织物高分子基体光降解损伤;寻找纳米Ti O2与纤维织物表面的耐久性锚固方式。以纤维织物为重点,分析近年来国内外在这两方面的研究进展,指出设置中间抗氧化层及其表面抗菌性接枝改性是目前解决上述问题的两种有效方法,二者的有机结合将促进纳米Ti O2在纤维织物领域的应用。
It is well known that nanocrystalline titanium oxide(TiO2 )is an excellent inorganic antimicrobial when irradiated by ultraviolet light with less than 400nm wavelength. It has been applied in many fields such as wastewater treatment, antimicrobial tile, and glass. But it is still in the research in the field of polymeric fiber/fabric domain, the problems are: how to avoid the photo-degradation of fiber/fabric macromolecular matrix caused by TiO2 nanoparticles and how to find a way to permanently immobilize TiO2 on fiber/fabric. Hereafter the latest progresses about these two problems are summarized and analyzed, which gain some findings that encapsulation or setting medium layer between TiO2 and fabric,and antimicrobial graft are effective ways to solve these problems, which will promote the application of TiO2 in fiber or fabric field.
