摘要 蛋白质的聚焦过程完成后,实现了压力驱动毛细管内完成聚焦的聚焦区带迁移,进行聚焦区带的检测。实验证明,在较低流速下不会破环聚焦区带,得到了理想的分离结果,方法可行,且操作简单。 After the focusing of the proteins, focusing zones were pushed to the detector by machine-pump, which was a part of CEC Good results were exhibited in experiments when the speed of buffer was at a low level. So the method was feasible and easy.
