摘要
无论从研究方法还是教育管理学科知识体系方面看,我国教育管理研究存在着问题.通过分析教育管理理论与实践之间的关系,提出形成一种批判性反思的研究意识,并加快建设我国教育管理学科知识体系。
The paper presents the existing problems in the research of educational administration in China from the methods and knowledge system involved in educational administration discipline. Through analyzing the relation between the theory and practice of educational administration, it suggests that the consciousness of critical reflection in research should be built, and the establishment of the knowledge system of educational administration discipline should be accelerated.
