摘要
目的:采用正交设计法对格拉司琼巴布剂基质处方进行优化。方法:通过正交设计,以影响巴布剂物理性状的几种主要辅科为考察因素,以各种辅料不同用量为考察水平,以成型巴布剂基质的快黏力和内聚力为指标,通过对数据的分析,优选出最佳的基质配方。结果:优化的基质配方为部分中和聚丙烯酸钠-氢氯化钙-聚乙烯吡洛烷酮-甘油(1:0.15:4:4)。结论:优化处方具有良好的涂展性、保湿性,且黏着力适中。
Objective: To optimize the matrix components of granisetron hydrochloride (GRN) cataplasma formulation. Methods: Four matrix agents were compared based on the several physicochemical indexes including adhesion force and cohesive force. Subsequently, the matrix components of GRN cataplasma were optimized by means of orthogonal design. Results: The optimal proportion of the matrix components was made from partial neutralization sodium polyacrylate: calcium hydroxide: polyvinylpyrrolidone: glycerin (1:0.15:4: 4) , which showed moderate viscosity with good spreadable and humectant capacities. Conclusion: The optimal formulation of GRN cataplasma was attainable.
