摘要
以丙烯酸正丁酯为聚合单体,采用乳液聚合法制备了大粒径交联聚丙烯酸酯胶乳,以其作为接枝主干物,与丙烯腈、苯乙烯进行接枝聚合,得到具有核-壳结构的丙烯酸酯接枝弹性体。用其与聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂进行共混改性,考察了丙烯酸酯接枝弹性体对PVC/丙烯酸酯接枝弹性体共混物综合性能的影响。结果表明,当该共混物质量比为75/25时,其抗冲击强度约为PVC树脂的8倍,而其他性能比PVC树脂的略有提高。
Acrylate grafted elastomer with core-shell structure has excellent comprehensive properties, especially its impact resistance. Poly (vinyl chloride)(PVC) is a general resin, which applied broadly, but its impact resistance is not perfect. It would be an effective approach that acrylate grafted elastomer was blended with PVC.
