摘要
天然气集输管网运行状况分析和预测可为气井生产、气量调配、管网调整等提供依据。文章介绍了加拿大Fekete公司的FAST Piper集输系统分析优化软件的功能、特点以及在气田集输管网分析中的应用步骤及过程。以靖边气田为例,利用该软件对气田生产中的集输系统节点压力预测、多方案计算优化、异常情况下管网运行状况瞬时模拟、环形管网以及配气管网等进行了分析。该软件界面直观,计算准确,基本可以处理天然气集输管网分析中的各类问题,并可有效提高工作效率。
The analysis and prediction of the operation situation of natural gas gathering pipeline network can provide references for gas production, gas regulation and pipeline network adjustment. It is introduced the function, characteristics together with the application procedure of FAST Piper in analyzing gas field gathering system. FAST Piper is an optimized software developed by Fekete, a Canadian company, targeting gathering system analysis. The software was used to predict the node pressure of gathering pipeline system, optimize the calculation, simulate the operation situation of pipeline network under abnormal condition instantaneously, analyze looped pipeline network and gas distribution network on the basis of Jingbian Gas Field. The software boasts simplified interface and accurate calculation performance which enables it to deal with various challenges in analyzing the natural gas gathering pipeline network. Moreover, it can also boost work efficiency.
