摘要
目的:通过观察补气中药对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖及细胞因子分泌的影响,探讨其影响机体免疫应答过程的可能作用机制。方法:选择不同药性的补气中药人参、黄芪、白术、西洋参,用甲基3H-胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(3H-TdR)掺入法检测补气中药对刀豆蛋白A(ConA)、革兰氏阴性菌细胞壁脂多糖(LPS)诱导T、B淋巴细胞增殖的影响;酶联免疫检测法(ELISA)检测分析补气中药对白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)和干扰素(IFN-γ)等细胞因子产生的影响。结果:人参、黄芪、白术能促进脾淋巴细胞的增殖,增加IL-2、IL-10的分泌,人参还能促进IFN-γ的产生;西洋参抑制脾淋巴细胞增殖,抑制IL-2、IL-12和IFN-γ的分泌,促进IL-10的分泌。结论:人参、黄芪、白术、西洋参虽然都是补气中药,但由于寒温药性的不同,其影响机体免疫应答过程的可能作用机制显示出一定差异。
Objective: To investigate the effects of qi-invigorating herbs on immune response by comparing the effects of Radix gnseng, Radix astragali, Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and Radix panacis quinquefolii on proliferation and secretion of cytokines in splenic lymphocytes. Methods: Proliferations of T and B splenic lymphocytes induced by ConA and LPS were detected by incorporation of ^3H-TdR; secretions of IL-2, IL-10, IL-12 and IFN-γ were detected with ELISA. Results: Radix ginseng, Radix astragali and Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae can promote splenic lymphocytes proliferation and the secretion of IL-2 and IL-10, and Radix ginseng can also increase the production of IFN-γ; Radix panacis quinquefolii can inhibit proliferation and secretion of IL-2, IL-12 and IFN-γ in splenic lymphocytes whilst promote secretion of IL-10 in splenic lymphocytes. Conclusion: Being qi-invigorating herbs, Radix ginseng, Radix astragali, Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and Radix panacis quinquefolii are of different effects on immune response due to their different properties.
