摘要
目的:对6种玻璃离子水门汀的体外细胞毒性进行对比研究,以期为临床应用提供参考依据。方法:采用体外细胞培养技术和四唑盐显色(MTT)方法。结果:显示6种不同的玻璃离子水门汀均有不同程度的细胞毒性,而且有显著的浓度、时间依赖性。结论:表明Vitrebond型玻璃离子水门汀的细胞毒性作用显著强于其他5种。
Aim: Comparison of cytotoxicity of six kinds of glass ionomer cement ( Vitrebond, Ld cement, Fuji Ionomer Type 2, GI-1, CX cement and Fuji Ionomer Type 1) on L929 mouse fibroblast was observed. Methods: Using colorimetric MTT (tetrazolium) assay in vitro. Results: All these six had weak cytotoxicity on the cells, and was dose-dependent and incubation time-dependent. Conclusions: Cytotoxicity of Vitrebond on cells was significantly much more than that of the rest five.
