摘要
在相关理论研究的基础上,将表面节流结构的动静压轴承应用于M3724大型平面磨床磨头组件的改造中,完成了磨头组件及相应液压站的技术设计。利用动静压轴承技术用于大型磨床的改造尝试,不仅对轴承技术发展有一定的充实作用,也可为其他大型设备的改造提供一个范例。
Research on the base relative theory, it applied the surface throttle hybrid bearing to renovation of heads tock of grinding machine package of M3724 large surface grinder, completed technical design of heads tock of grinding machine package and hydraulic station. Renovations attempt of bearing technology, and also provide a example to renovation of large equipment.
