摘要
本文分析了现有“机电一体化系统课程设计”实践环节存在的问题,提出了将该实践环节改革为“机电一体化设计与综合实验”的必要性。详细介绍了“机电一体化系统设计与综合实验”的改革思路,FESTO模块化生产加工系统实验设备的选购、设计与综合实验指导教师的安排,设计与综合实验大纲、指导书、任务书等配套资料的编写,第一次设计与综合实验的开设过程,总结了机电一体化系统设计与综合实验的实践成果特色。
This paper analyses the disadvantages of the old course design about mechatronic system.It introduces us a new way which is called mechatronic system design and integrated experiment.It is better for students' practice.The important contents of this paper include the reformation thoughts of the design and integrated experiment,the choosing of the experiment device which is called FESTO modularized producing system,the arrangement of the teachers,the edition of all the instructing information,especially the first practice process.The mechatronic system design and integrated experiment is really good for students' practice in Mechanical and electronic specialty.
