摘要
目的:研究麻黄配伍前后对大鼠额叶皮层中天冬氨酸(Asp)、谷氨酸(Glu)、甘氨酸(Gly)和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)氨基酸类神经递质含量及Glu/GABA比值的影响。方法:采用HPLC法测定四种氨基酸类神经递质的含量。结果:麻黄组与阴性组及空白对照组相比显著升高了大鼠大脑额叶皮质氨基酸类神经递质的量及Glu/GABA比值(P<0.01);麻黄汤组与阴性及空白对照组相比显著升高了Asp、Glu和GABA氨基酸类神经递质含量(P<0.01和P<0.05),而对Gly的含量及Glu/GABA比值的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。麻黄汤组与麻黄组相比,前者显著降低了Glu含量(P<0.05)及Glu/GABA比值(P<0.01),而对Asp、Gly和GABA含量的影响不显著(P>0.05)。结论:麻黄升高了大鼠大脑额叶皮质氨基酸类神经递质的含量及Glu/GABA比值,且配伍成麻黄汤后能影响麻黄的这种作用。
Objective: To study the influence of Herba ephedrae(HE) fore-and-aft compatibility on the contents of amino acids in the prefrontal cortex of the rats. Methods: Use HPLC/UV to determine the contents of amino acids. Results: The contents of Asp,Glu, Gly and GAGB and the ratio of Glu/GABA in HE group had more significant enhancement than those of both control groups (P〈 0.01 ). The contents of Asp ,Glu and GAGB in Mahuang decoction group also had more significant enhancement than those of both control groups ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05, respectively). The influence of Mahuang decoction group on the contents of Gly and the ratio of Glu/GABA were not significant( P 〉 0.05 ). The contents of Glu and the ratio of Glu/GABA than ( P 〈 0.01 ) Mahuang decoction group had reduced significantly, but the influence of Mahuang decoction group on the contents of Asp, the ratio Gly and GABA were not significant than HE group ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: HE has significantly enhanced the contents of amino acids in the prefrontal cortex of the rats, and the effect has been changed after compatibility.
