摘要
研究了玻璃纤维增强摩擦材料的冲击压缩性能,并与铁基粉末冶金摩擦材料进行了对比;实验结果表明:玻璃纤维增强摩擦材料具有良好的抗压缩和抗冲击性,磨损率较低;且前者的压缩强度比后者高2.75倍,冲击韧性高2.1倍。微观分析发现:压缩后纤维增强材料内部结构比较稳定,断面平整;铁基材料硬质颗粒明显突起,断面凹凸明显。冲击后纤维增强材料内部出现撕裂、抽拉痕迹;铁基材料发生脆性断裂。
The impact compression performance of glass fiber reinforced frictional material was studied, and a comparison with iron based powder metallurgical frictional material has been carried out. The result of experiment showed that the glass fiber reinforced frictional material possesses good compression resisting property and impact resisting quality with a rather lower wear rate. Compressive strength of the former is 2. 75 times higher than the latter, and the impact toughness is 2. 1 times higher. Through microcosmic analysis it is discovered that the interior structure of fiber reinforced material after compression was rather steady and with a neat cross section, and the iron based material had distinct protruding of hard granules and with a clear concave and convex cross section. The interior of fiber reinforced material appeared tearing and trace of drawing pull after impact while brittleness crack occurred in the iron based material.
