摘要
不管是传统的管理控制系统,还是新型的管理控制系统,都不能辨证认识人力资源管理与管理控制系统之间的关系。人力资源管理不仅在一定程度上影响着组织的管理控制系统,还是其重要组成部分。这既是由人力资源管理的特性决定的,也是管理控制系统的特征使然。两者之间的辩证关系是保证组织和谐一致,顺利实现自身目标的关键。
Neither the traditional Management Controlling Systems, nor the new-style ones can apprehend the relationship between human resource management from a dialectic view. This article considers that, to a certain extent, human resource management affects the mode of an organization' s management controlling system, and also it is an important part of the management controlling system. This is determined not only by the characteristics of HRM and also the ones of Management Controlling System. The dialectic relationship between the two is the key to ensuring a harmonious and accordant organization and the smooth realization of its goal.
