摘要
本文对129例高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)患者体内氧自由基代谢及复方天棘胶囊的调节作用进行了研究。结果显示,HAPC患者体内存在有严重的氧自由基代谢失衡,与本地区同龄健康人比较,代表机体自由基含量的——丙二醛(MDA)明显升高(P<0.01),具有清除氧自由基能力的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著降低(P<0.01)。通过复方天棘胶囊治疗后MDA含量明显降低(P<0.01),SOD和GSH-Px活力显著升高(P<0.01);表明该药具有调节和改善HAPC患者体内氧自由基代谢失衡的作用,为今后HAPC患者的治疗上开辟了新的途径。
he article studied the noxious effects of the oxygen free radicals on HAPC and the regulareffects of compound TIANJI capsule. The results showed that there was a serious imbalance inoxygen free radical's metabolism of HAPC. the value of malondial dehyde(MDA)in HAPC whichindicated the content of free radical was significantly higher(P<0. 01) than that of the same agevolunteers from the same area and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathion per-oxidase(GSH-Px)which can scavenged oxygen free radicals was significantly lower than that ofthe same age volunteers from the same area。 But the value of MDA could be decreased significant-ly(P<0. 01)and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px increased significantly(P<0. 01)throughthe treatment with compound TIANJI capsule. These indicated that compound TIANJI capsulehad effects on regulating and improving the imbalance of oxygen free radicals metabolism inHAPC therefore , perhaps will search out a path to treat HAPC.
