摘要
本实验利用我国生产的陶瓷材料,运用CAD—CAM CEREC系统制作同一标准模型MOD嵌体,与进口材料在同一设计下制作的嵌体就(牙合)面所标定的边缘的密合度在扫描电镜下,运用图像分析技术,比较各目的密合度。实验结果表明,国产材料在修复体边缘密合度方面与进口材料尚有差异。国产材料可以从陶瓷的晶体颗粒、收缩率等方面入手,进行配方及生产工艺的修改,以达到进口材料的性能。
This study compared the maiginal adaptation of cavosurface of MOD inlays produced by CAD/CAM CEREC system with same standard model and same design by using SEM photomicrograph and technique of image analysis. These MOD inlays were made of Vita - Cerec blocks and two kinds of new machinable ceramic blocks. The results indicated that inlays made of Vita - Cerec blocks were better than those of the other two in marginal adaptation. By reducing the size of crystalline grain and coefficient of contraction, we can refine the components and technology of production of these two kinds of ceramic material to reach the properties of Vita - Cerec blocks.
