经皮解剖钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折 被引量:5

Treatment of distal tibial fracture with minimally invasive anatomic plate fixation

摘要 [目的]探讨应用胫骨远端解剖钢板经皮植入治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效。[方法]2002年1月~2005年6月对36例胫骨远端骨折病人采取闭合复位,小切17:1手术入路植入胫骨远端解剖钢板。[结果]33例获得随访,平均随访16个月,骨折均获愈合,临床愈合时间14周,按Johner—Wruhs评分法,功能优24例,良6例,中3例,差0例,优良率90.9%。[结论]微创钢板内固定手术创伤小,固定可靠,骨折愈合率高,符合生物学固定原则。 [ Objective] To discuss the clinic effects of minimally invasive anatomic plate fixation in the treatment of distal tibial fracture. [ Method] Thirty-six patients suffered from distal tibial fracture were treated from Jan. 2002 to June 2005. All the fractures were reducted closely under radiographic C-arm device. Small incisions were performed and anatomic plates of distal tibial were implanted. [ Result] Thirty -three cases were followed up with the average time of 16 months. All the fractures healed with the average union time of 14 weeks. The follow - up by Johnor-Wruhs Evaluation showed 24 excellent cases, 6 good and 3 fair. The function was good or excellent in 90. 9 percent of all the patients. [ Conclusion] Minimally invasive plate fixation is a kind of safe and effective treatment for distal tibial fractures with the advantages of less injury and high union rate. It also meets the requirement of biological osteosynthesis.
