摘要
针对交流电弧炉三相电流强耦合的特点,提出了一种采用模糊专家智能控制器对三相电流的弱化耦合和模糊控制的控制方法,成功地实现了对电弧炉三相电流高精度的平衡智能控制,解决了电弧炉三相电流不易平衡的技术难题,同时也为难以建立数学模型的复杂非线性控制系统解耦提供了一种实用的方法。实际运行表明:该系统能实时自适应炉况状态的变化,提高生产效率,降低电能及电极消耗。并具有良好的鲁棒性和实时性。
Aimed at the characteristics of strong couple for AC Arc-furnace's three phase current, A control method is presented by adopting fuzzy and expert intelligent controller to weaken couple and to fuzzy control the three phase current, it implements successfully the high accurate intelligent control of the electric arc furnace's (EAF's) three phase current balance, and solves the unbalanced technical question of the EAF' s three phase current. At the same time, it provides a practical way for the complicated nonlinear control system uncoupling, which is difficult to establish mathematic model. Real-time adaptation to the changes of furnace conditions can increase productivity, reduce electric energy and electrode consumptions. It has better robustness and real-time ability in running system.
