摘要 基于传热理论,建立了描述DZJ-A型全自动快餐具纸浆模塑生产线的热压干燥模具传热数学模型并进行了有限元计算,计算结果与实测值相比较,二者基本吻合。通过对不同节点温度时间关系曲线分析,表明模具温度场的分布与节点距离加热板位置有关,而温度分布的不均将会影响纸浆模塑制品质量。该研究结果对模具结构的优化具有指导意义。 An FEA Method is used to solve the mathematic model, which describes the inner temperature field of the 3-D heat mould.The computed values have a better agreement with the measured ones.The inner temperature field of the heat conduction process in each time step is obtained.It is found that different nodes in the mould have different temperature.The inhomogeneous temperature distribution will affect the quality of pulp-molded production.This results obtained from the research will be useful for the optimization of the mould's structure.
