摘要
介绍了在直接法合成甲基氯硅烷单体过程中产生的高沸物的组成、处理方法及综合利用的技术进展,简述了利用有机硅高沸物制备单硅烷、硅油、有机硅防水剂、消泡剂、陶瓷和有机硅树脂等产品的生产方法及技术特点,并对高沸物回收利用的前景进行了展望。
The composition of high,boiling residue from direct synthesis of methylchlorosilanes, their treatment and utilization were reviewed. The routes for production of monosilane, silicon oil, organosilicon water-proof reagent, defoaming reagent, ceramics, organosilicon resin from the high-boiling components and their technical features were outlined.
