In this paper, a new method determining the maximum concentration for slurry is developed on the basis of linear dependence of volume concentration on the maximum seperated water fraction. The maximum volume concentration is determined by extrapolating the maximum seperated water fraction to zero. The maximum slurry concentration obtained by this method is in good agreement with that obtained from wet-milling slurry preparation, This method, overcoming drawback of current method, is useful in determination maximum slurry concentration.
