摘要
以那翁、斯坦勒和佐藤锦3个樱桃栽培品种为材料,利用CIRAS-2便携式光合测定仪,研究了樱桃不同枝条节位、不同叶幕层和方位上叶片的光合特性.结果表明:樱桃新梢不同节位叶片Pn呈单峰变化,中部5~7节叶片Pn值的最高,梢部叶片Pn值最低.不同叶幕层Pn存在显著差异,3个樱桃品种Pn值均为外层>上层>中层>内层.3个品种不同方位叶片Pn值大小均为南面>东面>西面>北面,南面叶片Pn值最高,与其它方位Pn值差异显著.3个樱桃品种间不同叶位Pn值佐藤锦最高,斯坦勒次之,那翁最低.
Photosynthetic characteristics of leaves at different shoot nodes, canopy layers and leaf positions of three sweet cherry cultivars,Napoleon Bigarreau,Stella and Sato Nishi, were determined by CIRAS-2 photosynthetic instrument. The results showed that the variation of Pn at different leaf nodes on new shoots appeared a single-peak curves,and the Pn of 5~7 shoot nodes was the highest. The environmental factors and the developmental level of leaves were the main reasons for the variation. The Pn in different canopy layers appeared significant difference, and the Pn order of canopy layerw is:outer〉upper〉middle〉 interior. The Pn of different leaf directions of the three sweet cherry cuhivars showed the same tendancy, that is south〉east〉west〉north. The differences of Pn of all sweet cherry leaf positions were correlated with their ecotypes and photosynthetic capability, and Pn of Sato Nishiki was the highest of the three cuhivars.
