摘要
如何建立一套科学合理、行之有效的绩效考核指标体系一直是高校绩效考核的重点和难点。文章通过对高校岗位职责的分析和界定,运用“鱼骨图”分析法从关键绩效指标和岗位绩效指标两个方面入手来搭建整个高校绩效考核指标体系,为高校绩效考核的有效展开奠定了基础。
It is always one of the most important and difficult jobs for the performance appraisal of universities to huild a reasonable and useful performane, e indicator system.With the analysis of the position responsibility, the fish-bone diagram method is used to set up a performance indicator system from two aspects of the KPI system and the position responsibility indieator system. The foundation of the performance appraisal of universities may be built.
