综合性工作能力指数量表的同质性信度评价 被引量:22

摘要 目的综合性工作能力指数(Comprenhensive work ability index,CWAI)量表同质性信度评价。方法选择有代表性的行政机关、教育、纺织、煤炭、石油化工和医疗卫生等行业的单位作为抽样目标,采用整群随机抽样方法抽取上述单位的在职职工作为研究对象,CWAI量表的同质性信度评价以上述单位1800例职工作为研究样本。方法采用条目与总分的一致性、Cronbach’s α系数、Spearman—Brown系数、θ系数和Ω系数等方法评价CWAI量表的同质性信度。结果CWAI量表同质性信度评价结果显示,CWAI量表各条目(W1~W5)得分与量表总分(CWAI)的相关系数介于0.14-0.75之间(P〈0.01);总体而言,Cronbach's α系数(0.701~0.808)、Spearman—Brown系数(0.860)、0系数(0.703~0.845)和Ω系数(0.802-0.942)均符合心理测量学对量表的测量要求。结论CWAI量表具有较好的同质性信度。 Objective To evaluate the Inter-item consistency reliability of comprehensive work ability index (CWAI) scales. Subjects Random cluster sampling was used to select 1800 employees from typical agencies in administrations, education, spinning and weaving industry, coal industry, petrochemical industry, medical and health departments as subjects. The Inter- item consistency reliability of CWAI scales was evaluated. Methods Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, Spearman- Brown coefficient, theta coefficient and omega coefficient were calculated to assess the consistency reliability of CWAI scales. Results The analysis of the inter- item consistency showed that the correlation coefficient of item scores and the total scores ranged from 0.14 to 0.75 (P〈0.01). Generally speaking, Cronbach's alpha coefficients (ranged from 0. 701 to 0.808), theta coefficient (ranged from 0.703 to 0.845) and omega coefficient (ranged from 0.802 to 0.942) and Spearman- Brown coefficient (0.860) all conformed to the requirements of psychometric study. Conclusions This study suggests that Inter - item consistency of CWAI scales is reliable.
