摘要
介绍一个数控车削仿真加工环境的系统结构及研究开发关键技术。该数控仿真加工环境由图形编辑器、自动编程器、三维仿真器三个核心模块,通过多线程技术在各个模块间进行并行数据处理,可实现二维零件设计、自动生成数控车削加工的程序并进行车削加工过程仿真。
Presents a structural framework and key techniques in development of a simulation environment for NC lathing. The simulation environment consistes in three parts :grapgic editor, automatic NC programmer and 3-dimensional machining simulator, which are linked by multithread technology. Two-dimensional parts design, automatic NC program generating and lathing simulation are performed with the environments.
