摘要
根据渐开线齿轮展成法的加工原理,首先,建立齿形轮廓,尤其是过渡曲线的精确方程式;其次,利用UG软件所提供的规律曲线和实体建模特征,建立渐开线齿轮的实体模型,该模型是精确的、可靠的和参数化的,可为其他加工方法的齿轮建模所借鉴,并为后续齿轮传动的实体开发奠定基础。
From the machining theory of spur involutes cylindrical gear machined by generating method, firstly, all accurate equations were derived for tooth profile and especially for fillet curve; secondly, the solid module of involutes cylindrical gear was created by rule curve and solid feature under UG software. The created module was accurate and credible and parameterized, could be referenced for solid modeling by other machining method and served as a base for solid modeling of gear transmission.
