摘要
为合理设计磁路结构和精确预测平板式三相交流永磁同步直线电动机(Perm anentM agnet L inear Synchronous Mo-tor,PMLSM)性能,采用实测法测量直线电动机的磁场分布,通过应用O rigin软件绘制出磁场分布图。实验表明,磁场近似呈正弦状分布,这种分布能使电动机运行平稳。该实验为直线电动机的优化设计提供了重要的依据。
In order to appropriately design the magnetic structure and precisely pre-estimate the performance of PMLSM, actual measurement is adopted to linear synchronous motor magnetic field distribution, the scatter diagram is plotted using Origin. The result of the experiment exhibits the sinusoidal distribution of the magnetic field, which leads the motor run tranquilly. This experiment offers significant basis for improving linear synchronous motor design.
