摘要
采用共沉淀和低温陈化的方法,制备了分子筛负载SO42-/ZrO2-Co2O3固体超强酸(XSZC).用IR、XRD、XPS对XSZC样品的结构进行了表征,用流动指示剂法测定了XSZC样品的酸强度,并将其用于催化乙酸与甘油的酯化反应,考察了其催化活性.结果表明,低温陈化的XSZC样品的IR图谱在900~1 200 cm-1内出现了更强的SO42-的伸缩振动吸收峰;XRD谱图显示,低温陈化和掺杂对样品生成ZrO2四方相有利.XPS图谱中Zr3d的结合能发生化学位移是XSZC样品酸性增加的微观原因.
In this paper, a series of molecular sieves loaded SO4^2-/ZrO2-Co2O3 solid superacid catalyst have been prepared by coprecipitation and ageing at low temperature. The characterization of the samples have been performed by IR , XRD and XPS and the acidity of samples were determined by flow indicator method. The samples were used in the estefification of acetic acid and glycerol as the catalysts to study their catalytic performances. The results show that IR spectra of XSZC samples aged at lower temperature appears the stronger flexiblevibration bond of SO4^2- in 900 - 1 200 cm^-1 round. The XRD patterns suggest that lower ageing temperature is avail to form tetragonal phase of ZrO2. The shift of peak position of Zr3d binding energy in XPS spectra can be responsible for acidity raising.
