摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了负载有纳米TiO2薄膜的自清洁陶瓷,用XRD表征了TiO2的晶体结构和晶粒度。考察了溶胶前躯体浓度和煅烧温度对自清洁陶瓷亲水性和光催化降解甲基橙性能的影响,并通过测试陶瓷片洗刷后的性能考察了薄膜的附着力。结果表明,前躯体浓度越大,TiO2的晶粒度越大;前驱体浓度对薄膜的亲水性能影响不大,但对薄膜的降解性能和附着力影响较大;薄膜的最佳煅烧温度为500℃。
A self- cleaning ceramic loaded nano - TiO2 was prepared by sol - gel process. The crystal structure and the crystal size of TiO2 were characterized by XRD. The effect of the precursor' s concentration and calcining heat on the ceramic' s hydrophilicity and degradation of methyl orange under UV - light were investigated, and the adhesion of the film on the ceramic was also researched by testing the properties of the ceramic after brushed. The results showed that the higher the concentration of the precursor was, the bigger the grain fineness number was. The effect of the precursor' s concentration on the film's hydrophilicity could be negligible, but the effect on the film's adhesion and degradation properties was obvious. The optimal calcining heat of the film was 500 ℃.
