摘要
目的探讨鼻窦内镜手术后术腔未按时清理的矫正性治疗的必要性。方法回顾性分析46例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉病人鼻窦内镜手术后因经济困难、工作忙等原因未及时清理术腔,致使症状加重被动复诊而行内镜下术腔矫正性治疗。结果46例病人经矫正性治疗后随访1年以上,其中治愈30例(65.2%),好转9例(19.6%),无效7例(15.2%)。结论鼻窦内镜手术后术腔未按时清理的矫正性治疗可矫正鼻窦内镜手术后连续一定时期内未主动随访所致术腔的再生病变,提高治愈率。
Objective To explore the necessities, causes and indications of rectifying treatment of the cavity after endoscopic sinus surgery （ESS）. Methods Forty-six cases with chronic sinusitis and/or nasal polyps who had undergone the ESS were rectified 5 - 12 weeks after ESS because of some causes resulting in failure of postoperative follow-up. Results After floowing-up for more than 12 months postoperation, 30 cases were cured （65.2%）, 9 cases achieved symptomatic relief （19.6%） and 7 cases remained failure （15.2%）. Conclusion Rectifying treatment of the cavity after ESS is necessary to patients who fail to be followed-up actively and is necessary to improve the curative effect of ESS and the avoidance of revision ESS.
