摘要
采用花园口黄河原型沙(d50=0.03mm),在N-CA转盘气蚀仪上对三种材料进行了四种含沙量、六个流速的磨蚀失效特性试验研究。在试验的含沙量及流速范围内,三种材料的磨蚀失效随含沙量的加大、流速的增加而呈幂函数变化。当流速大于25m/s时,材料的磨蚀速度加剧。
An experimental research of abrasion failure characteristics was undertaken on the NCA spinning cavitation device with three kinds of materials, using the actual sand obtained from Yellow river at Huayuankou (d50=0.03mm), under four different sand contents and six various velocities. The experiment shows that there is a power-law change of the flow velocity. The material abrasion becomes severe under flow velocity more than 25m/s.
