断奶仔猪铁过负荷的组织病理学观察 被引量:5

摘要 采用冰冻切片、组织化学染色技术,对铁过负荷断奶仔猪的淋巴结、脾脏、肝脏等重要器官进行了组织学观察和研究。结果表明,猪饲料中添加过量的补铁剂可造成猪的铁过负荷,过剩的铁以铁血黄素的形式,广泛沉积于单核吞噬细胞系统的细胞和肝窦及脾窦的内皮细胞,从而使这些细胞呈现Perlps染色阳性。 Iron is an important nutrient for human and animals, which deficiency or excessiveness in clinical may give rise to different diseases. Using frozen section and histological chemistry dyeing technique, the histological observation and research were carried out in lymph node, spleen, liver and other important organs of clinical weaned pig with iron overload. The result was discussed here. The suiplus iron by the hemosiderin granules was widely deposited in mononuclear phagocyte system, endothelial cell of hepatic sinusoid and spleen sinusoid, causing these cells to present the Perlps dyeing masculine gender. The result indicated that excessively supply of ferralia in pig's feed could be possible to make it iron overload. When it happened, the hemosiderin granules could be mainly deposited in mononuclear phagocyte system and capillary endothelial cell.
