摘要
采用正交试验方法，探讨茯苓原先质体制备最佳工艺，结果表明：茯苓原体质体制备最适条件为酶解温度41℃，酶液浓度2．0％，酶解pH值5．5～6．0，酶解时间3h。
To explore the condition of protoplasting in Poria cocos, the suitable condition was screened via different combination among time, Lywallzyme concentration, pH value and temperature in this test. One L9（3^4）orthogonal array with these 4 factors was designed. Finally a optimum condition for protoplasting preparation was selected out： 2% of Lywallzyme concentration, 5.5 - 6.0 of pH value, 41℃ for temperature and 3 h for enzynmtic time.
