摘要
通过对湟水流域基本特点、水土流失危害、小流域综合治理效益分析,阐明了小流域综合治理在湟水流域可持续发展中的作用。
The Huangshui basin is base of the industry and agriculture production of Qinghai province, also is the mainly soil and water losses areas. By the analysis of the basic characters, the harm of soil and water losses, the benefit of small basin comprehensive program of the Huangshui Basin, the author clarify the effect of the comprehensive program of small basin for the Huangshui basin sustainable development.
