摘要
华能浙江分公司4×1000MW超超临界燃煤发电机组不仅主机采用了高效、环保、节能的新技术,而且全厂的生产、生活用淡水全部来源于采用“双膜法”工艺的海水淡化系统。以华能浙江分公司海水淡化工程为案例,介绍了膜法海水淡化工艺中的多分系统,如海水取水系统、预处理系统、动力系统、脱盐系统等,以及工程运行情况。并对玉环工程的制水成本进行了分析。
Not only the main equipment of Huaneng Zhejiang Branch Co.4×1000 MW ultra super - critical pressure coal- fired generating units adopt the high efficiency, environment friendly and energy- saving etc.new technologies,but also the fresh water for production and livelihood of whole plant stems completely from the seawater desalination system using "double membrane method" technology.The article, with the seawater desalination project of Huaneng Zhejiang Branch Co.as an example, briefs every branch system of membrane method seawater desalination technology, such as,seawater intake system,pretreatment system etc., and conducts the analysis of water production cost.
