摘要 随着计算机和半导体技术的发展,低电压大电流开关电源成为目前一个重要的研究课题。同步整流技术是目前开关电源中一种新型的转换效率提升技术,应用十分广泛。文中提出了一种同步整流式DC-DC电源管理芯片的结构,具有大电流、高效率、低功耗等特点。提出了设计思想,对电路各功能模块在Cadence软件中进行了仿真分析,最后采用0.6μm CMOS工艺实现。 With the development of computer and semiconductor technology, the low-voltage and high-current switching power supply becomes an important subjects nowadays. In order to improve the efficiency of low voltage converters, synchronous recitifier technology is widely used. This paper presents an architecture of synchronous rectifying DC-DC power manegement chip, which is characterized by high-current, high-efficiency and low-power. Design philosophy is put forward, Cadence simulations are done on each cell, and the chip is finally fabricated with 0. 6 μm CMOS process.
