摘要
简要阐述了用单片机实现由Pt100进行温度测量温度测控系统的方法,该方法在硬件方面采用由恒流源对Pt100供电、12位精度A/D电压测量的方法,克服了传感器引线电阻带来的测量误差,显著提高了温度测量精度。并配有液晶显示、功能键盘、报警输出、控制输出电路,该系统已经在某化学反应釜温度控制中使用,运行状态表明:该系统参数设定方便,工作稳定,测量、控制精度高。
The temperature measurement and control system is designed and realized by using single chip microcomputer (SCM). It is introduced that the adoption of the invariable current source power to the Pt100 and 12 bit A/D for voltage measurement in hardware. Overcame the error generated from the down-lead resistance of the sensor, and improved the precision of the temperature measurement. The system is characterized with LCD, keyboard, alarm output and control output circuit. This system achieves good effect on kettle temperature control in some chemical reactor. It sets parameters conveniently, and works stably, has high precision in measurement and control.
