摘要
用超声降解法制得相对分子质量降低4倍左右的氯化聚丙烯。对比降解前后氯化聚丙烯在不同溶剂中的溶解度,提出了客观判断可溶与不可溶溶剂的新标准,即超声降解后溶解度增加的溶剂为可溶溶剂,溶解度不变的溶剂为不可溶溶剂。依据溶解情况得到了氯化聚丙烯的Hansen三维溶度参数进而计算了氯化聚丙烯与28种溶剂的相互作用参数。
Molecular weight of chlorinated polypropylene was reduced to quarter of original molecular weight by ultrasonic degradation. In comparison with the relative solubility before and after degradation, a new objective standard was proposed for judging good and poor solvents of chlorinated polypropylene, which indicates that solvents whose solubility increases after ultrasonic degradation are good solvents and the solvents whose solubility does not change are insoluble ones. According to the solution behaviour, Hansen solubility parameters of chlorinated polypropylene were obtained. Then, interaction parameters between chlorinated polypropylene and 28 solvents were calculated.
