摘要
现有工业上位机监控软件受制于硬件驱动,OPC技术的提出可以解决这种问题。以实际工业项目为背景,设计了基于Siemens的OPC数据服务器的客户端上位机软件,提出了客户端软件七个组成模块,分析了各个模块的作用,重点探讨了OPC接口通讯模块和SQL数据库模块的实现,并给出了关键部分的代码。经过工业现场的使用证明,开发的客户端软件界面丰富、数据库功能强大,监控软件不会更改硬件通讯协议。
The current industry monitoring software is constrained by hardware drive, which can be solved by OPC technology. With the background of industry project, we design a customer monitoring software based on Siemens＂ OPC data server. The software is made up of seven models, the OPC interface communication model and SQL database model were mainly discussed with key codes. The software is proved that it has good interface windows, strong quality of database, and neednt change as the change of hardwareg communication protocol.
