摘要
分析了南京市江心洲污水处理厂RW 6553A100/12EC型潜水搅拌器叶片断裂的原因,认为叶片断裂与潜水搅拌器运行的水力条件、叶片结构、制造和加工工艺及支撑系统等因素有关,并采取了有针对性的技术改造措施,从而保证了潜水搅拌器的安全稳定运行。
This paper analyzes the reasons of the submersible mixer （RW6553A100/12EC） propeller break in Nanjing Jiangxinzhou Sewage Treatment Plant, The hydraulic conditions, the structure, the making process of the propeller and the support system are the reasons of the submersible mixer propeller break. The technical improving measures are taken to ensure a safe and stable operation of the submersible mixers.
