新疆达坂城盐湖嗜盐微生物数量分布的研究 被引量:7

摘要 嗜盐微生物作为一类微生物资源,已经在很多方面应用。从新疆达坂城盐湖18样品中分离得到不同类型的嗜盐菌。其中细菌数量和类型最多,土样中微生物数量多于其它样品。 The halophilic microbiology, as a type microbial resource, are used in many aspects. From the 18 samples of Da Bancheng saline lake in Xin)iang, different strians were isolated. We found the number and type of bacteria were the most, and the number of microbiology from soil sample was more than others.
