摘要
共收集151例消化性溃疡,从中挑选54例胃溃疡资料进行统计学分析。对54例经胃镜和病理切片证实的胃溃疡进行检查,胃广泛粘膜炎性改变与胃镜的一致性为90％。对胃溃疡愈合质量的判断,主要根据手术直视或内镜下再生粘膜组织学成熟度、再生粘膜功能成熟度以及再生粘膜产生粘液的机能综合评估。
We collected I5I cases with peptic ulcer ,54 cases with gastric ulcer chosen were statistically analysed. Through a comparative study of 54 cases with gastric ulcer by gastoscope and pathologic sections ,the rate of uniformity between them is usually 90% in the extensive changes of gastric mucositis. The judgement on quality of ulcer healing is the general estimation of histological degree of maturation of regenerative mucosa ,functional degree of maturation and ability to produce mucous membrane ,according to the direct observation during operations or under the endoscope.
