摘要
目的:探讨子痫前期患者胎盘组织中TGFβ1和E-Selectin的表达。方法:用免疫组化法对20例正常孕妇(对照组)和40例子痫前期患者(子痫前期组,其中轻度16例、重度24例)的胎盘组织进行TGFβ1和E-Selectin定位,并用计算机图像分析系统进行定量比较。结果:①子痫前期组与对照组比较,TGFβ1在胎盘绒毛合体滋养细胞的表达子痫前期组明显高于对照组,而E-Selectin的表达子痫前期组明显低于对照组,两者均有显著性差异(P<0.05),TGFβ1和E-Selectin在轻度、重度子痫前期患者间的表达均无显著性差异(P>0.05);②E-Selectin在胎盘绒毛毛细血管内皮细胞的表达子痫前期组明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),轻度、重度子痫前期患者间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:TGFβ1和E-Selectin可能参与了子痫前期的发病过程。
Objective: To study the expression of TGF β1 and E - Selectin in placenta of patients with pre - eclampsia. Methods: 20 normal pregnant women ( control group) and 40 women with pre - eclampsia ( pre - eclampsia group, 16 women with mild pre - eclampsia and 24 women with severe pre -eclampsia) were selected. The cellular distribution of TGF β1 and E -Selectin in placenta in both groups was determined by immunohistochemistry, and the mean density was measured by image analysis system. Results: ①The level of TGFβ1 in placental villus syncytiotrophoblast of pre - eclampsia group was significantly higher than that of control group, but the level of E - Selectin in pre - eelampsia group was significantly lower than that of control group, and there were significance in statistics ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . But there were no significant difference in women with mild pre - eclampsia and severe ones ( P 〉 0.05 ) . ②The level of E - Selectin in placental villus capillary vascular endothelial cells of pre - eclampsia group was significantly higher than that of control group, and there was significance in statistics (P 〈 0.05), but there was no significant difference in women with mild pre -eclampsia and severe ones (P 〉 0.05) . Conclusion: TGFβ1 and E -Selectin may participate in pathogenic process of pre -eclampsia.
